As usual, a top-notch product. Each action brings something different and beautiful to photography. I am sincerely delighted!
I love the Color Lab Actions. I own 4 Collections and use them everyday since I own them. This one dissapointed me in every way though. It doesn't matter which opacity or photo I tried it on, it never looked good. Starting by the very heavy light leak points/ vignettes to the washed out colors. The quality of the "Flora Collection", compared to the others I own, is unfortunately dissapointing. This is only my own opinion and taste though. That doesn't mean it doesn't look great for others.
The color actions are very helpfull and time savers! As always happens wtith any kind of package, you end up using a couple of them, but not all of them. the only issue I had is that in some cases (very few) is that the action created some banding in the very subtle color gradients, even at a very low opacity. In some of my composite I'found quite useful to apply one action to the background and a different one to the subject an then a combination of actions to the final image. Of course I'highly to fiddle, deactivate, paint off. etc. the layers within the actions. In conclusion, they are useful tools!
Hi all. I now have three collections. This one had Ultraviolet that I adored, as as well Nightshade that will be useful I think. What these collections have in common is that they are very "adaptable", finetune'able! I recommend the training video too, for better understanding of each type of Adjustment layer.
